Apple tart


INGREDIENTS:

300 g semi-wholemeal flour,
3 dessertspoonfuls honey,
3 dessertspoonfuls Olys - oil from cereal and fruit,
3 apples,
1 lemon,
powdered cinnamon,
jam,
salt.
 

PREPARATION:

Use the flour, honey, oil, a pinch of cinnamon and one of salt, the grated rind of a lemon and enough cold water to make a soft pastry. Leave to rest for an hour or so, covered with a clean, damp tea towel.
Roll the pastry out with a rolling pin until it is one cm. thick. Use it to line an oiled flan dish and spread a thin layer of jam over it.
Arrange the slices of apple on top, previously sprinkled with lemon juice and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
