INGREDIENTS:
200 g white cabbage,
1 onion,
2 medium size Rennet apples,
1 dessertspoonful cumin seeds,
a few juniper berries,
3 dessertspoonfuls of Olys - oil from cereal and fruit,
salt,
juice of half a lemon. |
PREPARATION:
Remove the hard core from the cabbage, wash the leaves, dry and slice thinly. Then peel and finely chop the onion, cut the apples into cubes after having peeled them and removed their cores, then mix everything together in a salad bowl, adding the cumin seeds and the juniper berries.
Dress with the oil, salt and lemon juice. |
