INGREDIENTS:
300 g chopped lobster meat,
juice of 2 lemons,
1 green apple,
2 potatoes,
3 dessertspoonfuls Olys - oil from cereal and fruit,
salt,
pepper. |
PREPARATION:
Leave the lobster meat to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, covered with the juice of a lemon.
Meanwhile cut the apple into cubes and leave to marinate in the juice of the other lemon, in the fridge for an hour. While they are marinating, boil the potatoes, cool, cut into slices and arrange in a layer on a serving plate.
Mix the apple with the lobster meat, spread the tartar over the potatoes and dress it all with the oil, a pinch of salt and one of pepper. |
